Privacy Policy
Nutrae Ltd respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it. We process personal data in line with Rwanda's Law nº 058/2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and Privacy.

What we collect
We only collect personal data when you actively submit the partnership form on this site: your name, email address, phone number (optional), organisation (optional), and your message. We do not track your browsing, we do not use analytics cookies, and we do not embed third-party advertising trackers.
Why we use it
Your form submission is used for one purpose: so that Alice or a member of the Nutrae team can reply to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with marketers. Your message will only be seen by Nutrae staff with a legitimate reason to read it.
Where it's stored
Submissions are stored in Supabase (a database service we use to keep records of inquiries) and a notification email is sent via Resend to Alice. Both providers process data on our behalf under their own data protection commitments. We retain submissions for as long as is necessary to handle your inquiry — typically up to 24 months — after which they are deleted.
WhatsApp messages
When you click an Order on WhatsApp button, you are taken off this site to the WhatsApp service. Anything you send there is governed by WhatsApp's own Privacy Policy and Terms. We see only the messages you choose to send us on WhatsApp.
Your rights
Under Rwandan data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, to withdraw consent, and to lodge a complaint with the National Cyber Security Authority (NCSA). To exercise any of these rights, email sheisrayan@gmail.com — we will respond within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged on the home page for at least 14 days.
