These terms govern your use of the Nutrae website at nutrae.space. By using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
About this site
nutrae.space is the marketing and inquiry website of Nutrae Ltd. It is not an e-commerce platform. We do not take orders or payments on this website — orders are placed directly with us on WhatsApp, and payments are made via MTN MoMo at the point of pickup or delivery.
Pre-commercial status
At the time of writing, Nutrae's product is undergoing Rwanda Standards Board (RSB) certification and Rwanda FDA registration. We will not commercially sell the fortified porridge until both certifications are complete. Any reference on this site to availability, pickup points, or pricing is conditional on those certifications being granted.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to: (a) submit false or misleading inquiry information, (b) attempt to access or interfere with our backend systems, (c) automate scraping at a rate likely to harm our service, or (d) impersonate another person or organisation.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — text, images, logos, the Nutrae name and brand — is owned by Nutrae Ltd or used with permission. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back to nutrae.space; you may not reproduce the brand mark or product photography without written consent.
Limitation of liability
We work hard to keep information on this site accurate, but we make no warranty that it is complete or current at every moment. To the extent permitted by Rwandan law, Nutrae Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Rwanda. Any dispute will be settled in the courts of Rwanda.
