A single 500g pack at RWF 1,500 retail (RWF 1,200 institutional). One recipe done well, instead of four products done thinly.

In Year 2 or 3, a second SKU (snack pack or institutional wellness bundle) joins the lineup. Until then, the porridge has to prove itself first.
